Practice Areas
Denean's practice is currently limited to Criminal Defense, and she focuses on the defense of those accused of DUI or DWAI and facing driver's license revocation and/or University Judicial Affairs consequences. More specifically Denean handles all aspects of her clients':
- criminal cases, including plea negotiations, motions and trials;
- related administrative hearings, such as those set with the Colorado DMV and University of Colorado (CU) Judicial Affairs; and
- sealings of qualifying criminal records.
