Denean Hill provides CU Students with consultations on municipal, traffic, misdemeanor and felony charges, including DUI/DWAI, as well as potential related consequences such as driver's license revocation by the Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and/or imposition of sanctions by CU. Denean also provides consultations on consumer affairs, contract, landlord/tenant, small claims court, insurance, debt collection, bankruptcy, probate, divorce, criminal records sealing and employment matters. Denean cannot advise on tax, immigration, incorporation (small business), patent, copyright or real estate matters, or internal University problems.
