  • Secured the sealing of the records related to a 37-year old felony drug case that had begun to cause the client difficulty at work after enactment of the Patriot Act.
  • Secured dismissal of all charges against client charged with domestic violence offenses of harassment and criminal tampering and sealed the client's records.
  • Noticed a technical error made by the court and district attorney with case settings and used that information to secure the dismissal of all charges against an underage student client accused of possession of alcohol and a fake ID.
